Over the years there has been many french musicians that has been playin´and recorded west coast music. Some artists has been working with many american musicians to give their albums the right L.A. west coast touch.
At this page you can read about some of the most interesting french west coast projects, both older and new releases. Today some french musicians are still active and lately the guitarist Frédéric Slama has released 3 albums under the name "AOR" with a high profiled lineup of L.A. musicians.
Some albums are still in the market, some are only released on vinyl, but you can still have luck to find them around. Not all are 100% west coast music, but more in the crooner- or international singer style.
