Joseph Williams
Excellent soloalbums, ex-Toto, songwriter and more.......
With 3 soloalbums, a lot of studiowork, songwriting and more he has establised himself as one of the top singers in the area around west coast music.
Joseph Williams became famous just on the spot when he entered the band Toto, but not only as a member, but also as a songwriter. With his talent spread on the albums "Fahrenheit and The Seventh One", he gave Toto a big commercial success. Joseph left the band in 1988.
Beside the solo- and Toto carreer he is working on a lot of different projects such as; soundtracs, commercials etc. This leaded him to do the singing voice for Simba in Disney´s The Lion King.
Over the last year Joseph has been working with Bobby Kimball, Jason Scheff, and Bill Champlin on the project West Coast All Stars. With this he has released to albums "California Dreamin'" and "Naturally".In 2003 Joseph Williams released the project "Vertigo", a more rockapproach album together with italian session musicians.
