Your web page lists the songs on Ali Thompson's 2nd album "Deception is an art" incorrectly - A&M Records 1981 (LP version).
Side one: Safe and warm, Foolish child, Don't hold back, Art gallery, Shells lay scattered.
Side two: The one and only, Man of the earth, A simple song, Secrets hide inside, Someone in motion.
Correct listing should be useful to those doing research as very few sites have Ali Thomson listed.

Hi friends at bluedesert! Am I the only one walking around frustrated that I cannot buy all the westcoast music I really want here in Europe ? (well Westcoast is actually not the only thing that's hard to get around here!!) If recordcompanies made better deals with the artists and with the many online record/music stores it would be a whole lot easier to be a European westcoastfan. Or musicfan in general for that matter. So my friends, why don't we all work together to make all the involved parties aware of the extremely poor and critical scenario we are currently facing? I mean, as long as the conditions for buying your music legally are so poor, I can actually understand that such a thing as piratemusic exists! Let's make it a better world! And let's do it fast!

New Andrew Gold single in typical West Coast sound
What has Andrew Gold, a pioneer of the West Coast sound, been up to lately? I met Andrew personally last year when he agreed to record and produce one of my songs. Being an amateur songwriter and a big Andrew Gold fan from Germany this was kind of a “dream come true” experience for me. The song we produced is called “Did You Get What You Want” and turned out to be a lot better than we ever imagined. The “Song Of The Year Contest” experts analyzed 10 elements of the song and it got a sensational overall average rating of 9.3 on a scale from 1 to 10. It got airplay time at various radio stations and has just been released as a single at numerous internet download platforms like Musicload.de, AOL and Finetunes.de. It will also be on Andrew´s upcoming new album called “Singer Songwriter”. We call ourselves “Rob B. feat. Andrew Gold”. Unknown SUPER RARE Swedish westcoast item! Hi friends. I just want to mention that I've got the Swedish band SOULVATION up for grabs at Ebay right now. Auction is ending in a little more than 24 hours or so. SOULVATION is a HIGH CLASS band from Stockholm and they released this 6 track CD in 1997 in only 500 copies. The style? Imagine MICHAEL RUFF, STEELY DAN and some of the modern melodic rockers - and mix it to one stewy soup. This item is SUPER RARE and it's a great piece of music with musically educated guys. Oh, I can also mention that the Frontline Magazine soon will re-appear on the Internet (as my dear hobby, so this is not to be regarded as advertising). Hello there. Anybody know where I can buy sealed vinyl of westcoast music (I have much success on ebay and main music marketplaces for vintage titles but wonder a lot about newer westcoast which dosen't seem to be availible). Is it just not pressed? I do not have a cd player but wish to support music in my life (I pour much money to sellers of old stock westcoast ss). I must say westcoast music has a very big cd following. I suppose because there is a lot of rare cd versions but it must be vinyl for me as I cannot afford to start cd. I wonder is there an outlet that specialises in the order of the newer titles (if availible) on lp? Anyone who has ss vintage lp's of anything good westcoast, Please contact me if price is reasonable (I know some titles are worth more than others). I am still looking for lots and would appreciate any lists of ss or even mint- vinyl/cover. And just in case anyones interested, over the last 2 years I have collected 50% of blue deserts vintage a-z's through ebay and musicstack (generally paying on average 5-10usd for all these), new still sealed old vinyl. Sweet. I just love it as it sounds like tapes as they were all tapes back then. So, they are theyre!!. Thank you very much blue desert for the joy you have brought me and my musical life- and to all great artists. I must tell you, out of the vintage pages, you say, 'who don't mind taking a chance' - but only 1-2 out of 50 or more lp's have been not great to my taste. Vintage Westcoast is great music and far better to me than the mainstream. A few yrs ago I thought the music I liked just did'nt exist bar the odd alt name, now, it is just never ending. I guess that is just growing up!!!. As a musician and 80's maniac- this stuff has got me. Cheers all. Love Mark.
