The Secret Door

"Albums you need to check out"

Sometimes West Coast music is blended with other musical genres like country, folk or jazz. Good music is good music and putting a label on it, is often difficult and in a sense futile. Nevertheless we do so, because it helps us to describe the character of the music.

Here behind "The Secret Door" we would like to draw your attention to albums and/or artists, that do not quite fit the West Coast label. Perhaps your favourite West Coast artist has made a jazz album, or a bunch of West Coast song might be wrapped up in a country music packaging. Or maybe the artist has just made on album in the west coast music style. Whatever the case is - check out the following albums and/or artists. Chances are you will not regret it!
